The Office of Program Compliance is responsible for monitoring more than 1,600 rental properties throughout Ohio, ensuring properties are being maintained in satisfactory or above manner & are in compliance with the Internal Revenue Service, HUD, USDA Rural Housing, federal HOME Partnership funds, Ohio Housing Trust Funds, ARRA, TCE & state regulations policies. The Office conducts training for owners & managers of rental projects regarding both basic & advanced issues that they face.

Supervise & direct assigned staff to ensure division goals are met
Review & approve Compliance Audit Reports
Provide performance feedback to staff & assist with creating performance improvement plans
Assist with planning, developing & implementing policies, programs & techniques for auditing rental housing communities
Oversee assigned projects

HYBRID Work - This position is eligible to participate in OHFA's teleworking policy. Currently, employees must report to the office two (2) days a week & may work from an alternative work location three (3) days per week. OHFA's offices are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Applicants should demonstrate on their application how they meet the preferred qualifications to receive further consideration (e.g., interview). Those qualifications are:
Two years’ experience with affordable housing programs (e.g., Low Income Hosing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD, Rural
Development (RD)); AND
One year supervisory experience
Please note, per the DAS equivalency chart, lead work is an equivalency for supervisory experience.
