Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Do you have Industrial Electrical experience? We are adding an Industrial Maintenance Technician to our team that will perform a variety of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.

Day shift Monday - Friday; no weekends

Responsibilities include:

Preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities

Unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production

Troubleshoot 3-phase electrical circuits

Read and interpret equipment manuals/schematics to perform work orders

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments

Detect faulty operations and/ or defective material and report to appropriate supervisor

Simple machinist duties, some plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Successful candidates must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Qualifications include:

Industrial electrical knowledge & experience required

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

Electrical journeyman license preferred

3-phase electrical experience required

Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills

Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment

Computer literate and experience with computer maintenance management software preferred

High school diploma or GED

Able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds

PLC experience

HVAC experience a plus

AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus
