Quality Assurance Manager

What You’ll Be Doing Everyday…
Develop and implement QA strategies and processes to ensure the highest level of product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, D2C, and customer service, to ensure product quality meets customer expectations
Define and track QA metrics to measure the effectiveness of QA processes and identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular audits and reviews of QA processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Investigate customer complaints and QA issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA and e-commerce operations
Manage QA Asia inspectors, summarize reports, and discuss findings with suppliers
Establish and oversee product testing standards for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Wholesale channels
Meeting all compliance and regulatory product standards for D2C and Wholesale channels
Oversee any QA processes needed at our corporate location
Work with bulk/custom shop buyers on any special testing requirements
Oversee factory audits (compliance, social, etc.) for wholesalers
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need…
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or in a relevant field
10+ years of experience in QA, with experience overseeing QA and testing protocols in a corporate environment.
Proven work experience as a QA Manager or QA Auditor
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
Experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Possess strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment
Travel requirements: up to 10%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $150,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
