Job Description

OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking full-time Administrative Specialist to join the team in our Worthington, OH location. We are looking for a positive, high-energy individual who is detail focused and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to process data and evaluate the options best suited to client and company goals. Requirements

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines, while meeting and exceeding company and client expectations.

Keen attention to detail and familiarity with basic math concepts/computation involved in financial projections (i.e. % of change, annualization)

Proven ability to use excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate data while focusing on options that are aligned with company and client goals.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information and data from multiple teams and resources to produce relevant, engaging business materials.

Excellent time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use them to collaborate in a team environment.Compensation:
