Job Responsibilities included but not limited to: * Provides quality customer service and technical phone support.

* Maintains positive client relationship through timely, courteous, accurate, and efficient handling of calls.

* Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing.

* Provides requested information to clients.

* Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely.

* Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.

* Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team and department development.

* Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements.

* Other duties as assigned.
