About the job Role Overview Working at VSO VSO is the world’s leading international non-governmental organisation that works through volunteers to create a fair world for everyone.

Role Overview Summary The person in the role will work in collaboration with school structures and community structures to support the implementation of school and community-based activities to improve both children’s and parents’ participation to strengthen learning outcomes.

Ideal Applicant Summary The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or community development, showing they understand how to support schools and communities.

With over 5 years of experience in working with people from all levels - national, district, and school.
