Job Description
Manage various aspects of product development efforts, including projects at various stages of the product lifecycle
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver development projects on-time, and with high quality
Contribute to go-to-market strategy for new product launches and existing product expansions
Help deliver comprehensive market analyses and roadmaps to executive decision makers, via building and refining business cases in partnership with the Market Owners
Collaborate with Commercial facing team to identify opportunities for product and service innovation and differentiationQualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
A passion and proficiency for integrating technical problem-solving with environmental imperatives, from the manufacturing facility to the field
A proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes on time in a team setting
Understanding of market messaging and product positioning
Ability to manage multiple work streams at one time
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Great autonomy to perform at high level with limited supervision
Business-first mentality and a bias for action
Ability to work and interact globally within different time zones, languages and cultures
Ability to travel up to 40%
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness or other relevant field
5+ years in a manufacturing company, or agriculture-related industry
Experience in new product development, either product launches or project management
Working knowledge of IPM, agriculture industry, or chemical product development
