New Job Opportunity - Member Service Representative
New and exciting hybrid job opportunity out of Washington D.C. Looking to hire someone who has at least one year of related professional experience (preferably this type of work for a Credit Union or Bank).
Logistics of the Role:
Full Time - direct Hire
Hybrid Role - after the initial onboarding training period - 6 months (Reston, VA). Day to Day Activities:
Provide outstanding service by meeting and speaking with members to uncover financial needs and provide appropriate solutions utilizing products and services available
Provide solutions within the governing policies and procedures of the credit union
Open and service deposit accounts for members or prospective members, including savings, checking, certificates, money markets
close accounts when necessary
Assist members with service needs, including wire transfers, payroll deduction/direct deposit, check and ATM requests, and statement queries
Qualifications/Requirements:
1+ year of bank or credit union experience is highly preferred
College degree is highly preferred
Must be okay with being subject to drug and background check
Extremely well organized and ability to multi-task/follow-up
Able to take criticism well
Experience with Microsoft Suite / Spreadsheets
Billing experience a plus
