Mason Equity Group is a property management company that specializes in property management solutions. The core goal of our operation is to bring tenants and properties together while making the leasing process uncomplicated for both.
We are looking for a Project Manager that will take on various leadership duties here at Mason Equity. The ideal candidate will oversee all the repairs, installations and upkeep of the property.
Responsibilities:
Plan and Prepare for construction and maintenance projects
Maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors and negotiate contracts
Make sure projects stay on track with the expected timelines and budgets
Keep track of all materials purchased for projects
Train and supervise employees within the department
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
Ensure that all of the premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
Implement workplace safety policies and standards
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Facility Management, Administration, or any related field
Minimum experience of 5 years in a supervisory role
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
Effective communication and people management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to operate motorized vehicles.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
