Are you an Addictions Counselor who is passionate about helping patients who suffer from Substance Abuse? Do you have experience working in Behavioral Health / Psych / Detox?

This is an Outpatient Clinic and treatment program in need of an experienced Counselor who is passionate about providing these individuals with both group therapy and 1 on 1 treatment. We are seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor who is able to treat clients in a respectful, responsive and caring way.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide ASAM assessments; develops individualized treatment plans and coordinates the initial and periodic treatment plans

Maintain client records and completes required documentation

Assess client needs; determine their eligibility for services base on insurance coverage.

Presents individual counseling session based on the areas of Relapse Prevention, Addictive Behaviors, and Co-occurring disorders.
