The Company

Our client is a leading site network specializing in clinical trials in a variety of trials in therapeutic areas including vaccines, pediatrics, women's health, rheumatology, respiratory, neurology/psychiatry, and many more! Established in 2006, they now has over 15 research sites all across the US. They are currently seeking a Sr. Manager of Patient Engagement & Strategy to oversee the full patient journey starting from enrollment!

The Role

You will develop and implement patient engagement and recruitment strategies for upcoming and ongoing studies! This position focuses on that focus on creating a great patient experience through raising awareness, promoting access, patient education, and their journey throughout the trial.

Build and implement patient engagement and recruitment strategies based on each study protocol

Coordinate with external recruiting partners and marketing agencies

Utilize existing patient databases to call and/or respond to patients

Design and implement new patient lead generation initiatives. Focus on the patient journey and experience to make it the best it can be

Hands-on, data driven coaching including creating and tracking KPIs, education on protocol, appropriate documentation, and management to improve areas of underperformance and/or prevent underperformance

Outreach to patients and advocacy groups to optimize recruiting timeline

Create digital/media plans, and other tactics

Engage with stakeholders

Identify new opportunities to engagement and recruit patients

Advocate for for diversity and inclusion

Manage engagement and recruitment budget, balancing strategy with key deliverables

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with Clinical Research Enrollment; inclusion/exclusion criteria

1+ years of experience as a supervisor/manager

Experience in community outreach a plus!
