HVAC Commercial Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining HVAC systems (Hydronic Loops, Steam Boilers, Oil Boilers, Mini-Splits, Forced Air, VRF, and Heat Pumps).

• Read wiring schematics.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting various of heat transfer equipment.

• Maintaining a high standard of mechanical installation practices.

• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to troubleshoot issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures.

• Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and company equipment.

• Provide quality, professional customer service both internal and external.

• Ability to work and communicate effectively, individually, as well as in a team environment.

• Ability to handle in stride with professionalism.

Valid Drivers License Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 - $74,000 AnnuallyCompany Description
