Interflight Parking Company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Full Time (40hrs) 2nd shift customer service representative to join our team at MKE Airport. We are located on 5300 S Howell Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include office operation, telephone answering, and customer service, CSR must also possess general office skills such as typing, filing, and cash handling. Each customer service representative is assigned individual responsibilities, although they are cross-trained to provide adequate coverage in the event of a co-worker's absence. If necessary, customer service representatives will cashiers during busy times.
The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service. CSR's provide information to customers, including parking rates, general information, and directions. They are responsible for the cleanliness of their booth and work area. They are also responsible for accurate reporting of revenue and transactions at the end of their shift, as well as correct entry of exiting transaction information to ensure the accuracy of the PARCS system.
Qualifications
A valid driver's License and a good driving record are Required
Friendly attitude and customer-focused
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers
Customer service experience preferred
computer skills are required
Ability to pass a drug test
