Accounting Degree

Excel - able to use large data set worksheets for recons - many line items

Adaptability to new technology

Analytical Skills - analyze / run reports for entire agency and analyze by program

Year of experience 3-5 years supervising a small team - (You'll oversee staff as well as do accounting work, you must be able to demonstrate mature, capable mentoring approach that gains efficiency and objectives, trains/develops/retains staff)

NPO or Grant exposure - Non Profit Accounting

Time management

Demonstrates ownership & resourcefulness to assure objectives within deadlines
