Planner Scheduler

Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Planner Scheduler to support the planning and scheduling functions for manufacturing equipment and inventory requirements.

What you will do: * Provide administrative support to production and inventory control functions * Prepare materials and supply purchase orders * Analyze quotes and expedite deliveries and shipments * Process change orders, notify vendors of material and quantity requirement revisions, contact vendors regarding rate adjustments and incorrect materials * Provide data as requested to forecast estimate and schedule of goods in process as well as needs for future orders * Provide input to schedules, inventory reports, surplus stock lists, production specifications, and plant capacity data as requested * Assist with maintaining records of in-house and on-order material What's in it for you: * Benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, paid time off, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
