Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Representative specializing in cultivating business relationships with producers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing business development opportunities in the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in the crude oil, Natural Gas, NGL's, and condensate sectors. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including mid-office, back-office, risk, legal, and regulatory, to ensure successful project execution and seamless integration of new business opportunities. Provide guidance and support to ensure alignment between business development activities and operational capabilities.

Develop and communicate the point of view around the supply/demand balance in those regions in which we trade and/or market energy.

Leverage point of view and research results into discrete, actionable trade strategies

Develop and maintain up-to-date position and PnL reports.

Ensure scalability via more efficient processes, including automation of existing tasks and build out of additional trading tools.

Forecast daily and month-ahead volumes delivered to markets by efficiently and economically managing all physical and financial market conditions.

Actively manage production portfolio

Work closely with producers, scheduling, middle office, and risk management.

Attend industry events and conferences to develop and maintain business relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, commercial roles, or strategic planning within the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry.

Extensive knowledge of the oil and gas marketing, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

Proven track record in successfully executing complex business development transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and long-term contracts.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to contribute to team objectives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as required to support business development activities.
