Our implementation team establishes a supportive client relationship and facilitates the implementation of our client's payroll and tax needs. The Implementation Specialist role ensures that a new client's payroll services are accurately and timely implemented. Recently awarded the Fast 50 award by Columbus Business First, we are continuing to add great talent to our growing team and deliver quality solutions to our clients.

This role needs someone who has payroll experience, which is a must

How You'll Succeed:

Be an integral part of the sales-to-services handoff to new clients

Identify client payroll pain points and suggest areas of improvement that Doyle HCM technologies can solve

Adhere to a client transition project plan for onboarding a new payroll client

Facilitate data transfer of information from the client’s prior system to Doyle HCM's HRIS and maintain data integrity

Collaborate with other Doyle HCM departments to manage and resolve issues that may arise

Ensure all deadlines are met with the implementation schedule and client needs

Guide new clients towards utilization of their Doyle HCM payroll services and ensure that they are comfortable with the processes

Resolve client concerns throughout the implementation process

Maintain deep knowledge of Doyle HCM payroll and suggest ways to leverage the solution to help clients achieve business goals

The Implementation Specialist will be supported by an Implementation Team Lead and receive development, coaching, and training.

Pay Range: $20-$25/hr

Who You Are:

Passionate about helping provide clarity and solutions to challenges

Enjoys handling multiple concurrent projects

The ability to confidently train clients and explain complex concepts to non-HR people so that it's easy to understand

Required knowledge:

Intermediate knowledge of Payroll & HR disciplines and best practices

Proficiency with HRIS technology, Internet, and Microsoft Office

Customer Service/Account Management

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or bachelor's degree, and/or equivalent experience

Expected Hours of Work:

This role is a full-time position and onsite. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required during necessary critical periods to meet deadlines or when Doyle HCM is dealing with unpredictable increases in workload.
