True North Energy Solutions – Administrative Assistant
General Summary
Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing various tasks for the Director of True North Operations, Accounting Manager, Service Manager, Inventory Manager, Environmental Compliance Manager, and Project Manager. Emphasis is placed on safety, consistency, teamwork, positive work attitude, excellent customer service and maintaining exceptional overall store and restaurant operating conditions. Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Essential Functions of the Job
Responsible for answering and returning customer phone calls
Responsible for updating and upkeep of Environmental customers and testing records
Responsible for processing warranty claims
Responsible for Wennsoft/GP(software) site list updating
Responsible for Wennsoft/GP(software) vendor list updating
Responsible for collections in accounting
Responsible for receiving/distributing/sending of mail/small packages
Responsible for ordering/tracking uniforms, tools, supplies, business cards, employee name badges
Responsible for mailing/emailing customer invoices and statements
Responsible for maintaining certificate of insurance, tax exempt, credit app’s and W9 records/lists
Responsible for filing
Job Specifications Education and Experience: No degree requirements. Any equivalent of training desired, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities. 2 years of experience desired.
