Summer Knowledge Management/SharePoint Intern

Responsibilities:

Peraton is seeking a Summer 2024 Knowledge Management/SharePoint Intern to support a Cyber Mission sector program based out of Arlington, VA with remote capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to define and scope SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality.

Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites.

Assist with SharePoint application development and in all facets of web services design, including user interface experience, automated report generation, and automation with other Microsoft Office applications.

Support current program orientation and on-boarding material and processes for all staff joining the program.

Maintain quality and accurate job descriptions for all program positions and participate in interviews, as needed.

Assist program managers to effectively leverage resources across all task areas by developing and maintaining an enterprise-level prospective of resource allocations.

Ensure resource management performance meets or exceeds contractual required service levels, e.g. filling vacant positions within required timeframes.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

US Citizenship.

Actively pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree in Systems Engineering, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

MS Office Suite proficient.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of creating and administering SharePoint applications.

Demonstrated skill in using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, preferably in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Target Salary Range:

The rate / range per hour below represents the typical pay for this position based on experience and other factors.
