Our Export, PA office needs an extraordinary person like you to help lead and improve our operations around the Pittsburgh region.

You earn $90,000 - $120,000/year, based on experience, and can receive performance bonuses! We offer wonderful benefits, such as:

YOUR IMPACT

Every day has something different in store for our Territory Manager! This role coordinates our team's operations, overseeing our design and sales processes to ensure exceptional results. You creatively develop marketing strategies that appeal to customers within your area and effectively execute them to help increase business. As needed, you design detailed sales guides and attend trade shows to help bring in more leads.

Collaborating with members from other departments, you make sure every aspect of every project goes off without a hitch. You watch over projects from beginning to end to make sure they're completed on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards. To help strengthen our team, you review employee performance, monitor incentives, and maintain a positive and driven culture. YOUR HOURS

You usually work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with some flexibility depending on project needs.

WOULD YOU BE A GOOD FIT?

Management experience

Computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Workspace and CAD

Familiarity with design and audio software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, EASE, etc.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel for projects

Willingness to work after hours and on weekends when needed

Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on ladders and lifts, and calculate rigging loads

Ability to obtain clearance to work in K-12 school districts
