Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. No experience necessary, we will train! This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of real estate and start building your career!

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions

Attract and educate new tenants

Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

Update and improve properties to increase return on investment

Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

Supervise and train property staff

Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Properties span about a square mile, so a personal vehicle is required. You will not be asked to drive clients

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and advance social skills in fast-paced environment

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

Use of stairs and walking is required

Personal vehicle is required
