As the Maintenance and Repair Specialist for the Intermodal Division, you will expediently handle roadside service calls, manage bad order equipment and re-bills, and effectively communicate with external vendors, terminals, and SSLs. What you'll do:
Answer roadside calls and emails from drivers, customer service representatives, and dispatchers
Perform work order and invoice reviews
Handle vendor communications regarding bad order repairs and billing questions
Evaluate work orders before issuing a repair or authorization in accordance with company standards
Resolve dispute resolutions with applicable vendors
What you'll have:
1 year of experience in logistics or transportation, or other relevant experience
Detail oriented
Data focused and can speak to analytics.
Efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
