Install electrical service equipment, wiring, conduit and devices on both new and retrofit structures required for residential and commercial solar PV systems
Maintain appropriate inventories of common parts/components
Ensure electrical systems meet or exceed company standards and job specifications
Ensure electrical systems meet or exceed standards defined by the National Electric Code and relevant local codes
Maintain and appropriately stock work vehicles
Communicate and coordinate with electrical inspectors
Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure a smooth and delightful experience
Provide regular reports of activities to project managers regarding job status, necessary paperwork and documentation of completed work
Able to perform all work functions both independently and with the electrical team
Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret CADs
Motivated team player, ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals
Positive mental attitude with the willingness to learn and evolve
Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring, including high voltage systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Driver's License
Current/valid electrical apprenticeship - preferred
Previous electrical experience - required
