Assistant Project / Service Manager

Job Description

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

1-3 Years of HVAC field experience

Valid/Clean driver's license required

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Estimating projects and repairs of varying sizes and scope.

Coordinates service resources, dispatches, and assigns team members to project.

Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.

Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch HVAC Technicians

Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.

Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.

Closely working with Customers, building & maintaining relationships.
