Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Coach and develop your team.

A working manager who is a superior communicator and comfortable delegating.

Enjoys delighting and interacting with guests.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

One to two years of salaried management experience within the polished casual sector.

Must have previous experience and be knowledgeable about wine service

Comfortable leading and inspiring 20+ team members on their shift.

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $65 to $68K

A very attainable and generous bonus
