The position:

We are actively seeking a mechanical designer to join our growing location in Calgary, Alberta.

What will you be doing?

Provide the coordination, verification and design of mechanical building systems in various sectors (multi-family residential, commercial, industrial).

Design mechanical building systems

Work closely with engineers to provide solutions tailored to clients’ needs

Understand and implement personal and company safety by adhering to all safety

Assist in preparing, calculating, engineering, and design of drawings and specifications

Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction project

What you bring?

A Diploma in mechanical design/technology with a minimum of 3-5 years experience

Experience designing multi-family residential buildings

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit

Fluent in English

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Excellent interpersonal skills

Being a natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, meet tight deadlines, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations
