Local Reality Company / Accountant

Pay: $17/hr + Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5

Job Duties/Requirements:

Oversee accuracy of record keeping and filing

Maintain updated SOPs and Manuals for all departments

Oversee cleaning supplies inventory

Oversee month end closing.

Assist in preparation of company tax documents

Review timesheet coding

Manage GL entries

Process payroll checks

Manage drafts and transfers between financial accounts

Oversee accurate and timely billing for tenant services

Run check register each month

Oversee coding of all invoices

Use Libra & Skyline property management software.

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a clean background.

Pass a drug screen.
