This is a great role for:
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist - AMFT
Associate Clinical Social Worker - ACSW
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor - APCC
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field
BBS Registration - AMFT, ACSW, APCC – active and provide proof
Familiar with electronic health record and competent in basic computer skills (Simple Practice is a plus)
Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks (Live Scan)
Maintain professional liability insurance and provide proof
Veteran (optional)
Spanish speaking (optional)
Responsibilities
Assessments, service treatment plans, closure, and after care plan for individuals served
Utilize evidence-based practice interventions
Build and maintain positive relationships with referral agencies, guide families in their interaction with agencies and other community organizations; provide referrals to services and resources
Attend mandatory weekly scheduled individual/group clinical supervision
Manage documentation for accuracy, timely completion, and submission working with supervisor and scheduling office
Job Type – Part time Hourly Wage Starting at $30.00
Caseload provided with Scheduling Support
Self-Determined schedule, minimum 20 consistent hours a week
