Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration matters.

Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.

Represent clients in immigration court proceedings.

Communicate and collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission and good standing with the state bar

Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing immigration law

In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Engaging and client-focused approach
