CDL A Truck Driver

Job Description

HWY Express is looking for an experienced, motivated CDL A truck driver to run dry van freight that is mostly drop and hook. Drivers average $1,300 - $1,500 weekly. We offer $1,000 orientation pay and $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Position Summary:

CDL A Truck Driver out of Roanoke, VA

You will get routed home every 2 weeks

Drivers average $1,300 - $1,500 weekly

Dry van freight

Mostly drop and hook loads

The running area will be 48 states

Per Diem available

Our pet policy allows a dog or a cat

Rider policy

Equipment:

Freightliner, Volvo and Peterbilt tractors

Refrigerator upon request

Experience Required:

Our Class A CDL Drivers must have six months of experience in the last 2 years. We are looking for a loyal driver who wants to make a career with us and has only had a few previous jobs in the past. Experience should be a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer.

We have CDL A truck driver positions that will fit your lifestyle. We offer regional, OTR and dedicated positions. The majority of our accounts are no-touch freight. If you are looking to stay active, some of the dedicated accounts are touch freight.
