Magnolias Theory Limited in Pottstown, PA is looking for 2 cosmetologist or Lash Techs to join our 3 person strong team. We are located on Philadelphia Premium Outlets 18 West Lightcap Rd Unit 1113. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Remain up to date with trends and techniques including attending courses or workshops

Achieve customer goals by completing beauty procedures such as haircuts, styling, makeup application, etc.

Ability to advise and recommend services based on customer needs

Work with other technicians to maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications

Experience working in cosmetology

Ability to listen and communicate efficiently

Strong sense of aesthetics

Exceptional customer service skills
