Job Description

POSITION – CSR

JOB LOCATION – New Berlin, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift

STARTING PAY – $26

BENEFITS – Optional with SEEK

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum of 3 yr experience in the printing field

Responsibilities

Interacting with customers via phone, in person and email

work with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

assist with coordination of printed items for the customers

review purchase orders, data entry, and general customer service

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of printing experience - no need to apply unless you have printing experience
