Joins and participates Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/ Initiatives;
• Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
• Create, monitor, and assess a social and corporate Venue Booking Plan on increasing number of booking/ reservations;
• Drafts, maintains, and innovates a uniform Booking System/Procedures Manual;
• Leads and supports the CS-Client Initiated Bookings (CS-CIB) and AS-CIB team by setting Role Profiles, innovating Routines, activities, and reports/dashboards/Planning Tools
• Drafts, maintains, conceptualize and innovates a uniform Prospect+Client Relationship Dev Plan with events/activation and the Prospect+Client database;
• Ensures that the client-initiated events are properly executed;
• Ensures that all set systems, PM, Forms, PTs, RP and routines, are uniformly used and implemented by the team;
• Strategize, conceptualize, and analyzes the lead generation (CS-CIB) and lead conversions functions, plans, and reports (AS-CIB);
• Conceptualizes and implements regular Training Programs and activities for CS-V and AS-V team;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or Business course;
• At least 2 years of work experience in Sales & Mktg. Management;
• Strong interpersonal and PR skills;
• Able to be creative operationally and strategically;
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to be creative operationally and strategically;
• Experience in customer relationship management;
• Excellent leadership skiils;
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office apps and Google Productivity apps such as, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs and Google Slides;
• Excellent knowledge in different Marketing Strategies;
• Willing to do field works.
