Our Parts Department is looking for a Leader to support our first shift team

Leadership - Independent leader, goal setter, decision maker

Continuous Improvement Oriented - Problem identifier, problem solver, able to prioritize opportunities, plan creator,

Culture Builder - FAIR, mature, coach, teacher, developer, servant leadership, networker, relationship oriented, empathetic

Communicator - Provides feedback, updates, follow-up

Workload Manager - Project manager, keenly aware of staff/workload ratios, able to schedule intelligently

Experience -Proven manager of more than 10 direct reports in a manufacturing environment

Lasers (Ermaksen)

Brake Presses (Durma, Wyson, Coast One, Niafara, Accupress)

Cold Saw, Drill Tables, Spot Facers, Debrring Machines, Shears and Straighteners
