Responsibilities:
Develop clear and concise content across multiple touch points including email, in-app messages, and SMS that will be client & prospect facing
Help drive content strategy across all platforms
You will write exciting content for landing pages, email drip campaigns, white papers, case studies, and other platforms.
Manage content creation, editing, and publishing across multiple platforms.
Develop new sales materials and help align activities throughout the year
Manage agency partners to drive content strategy and align with the SEO strategy
Identify sales knowledge and skill gaps, proposing and facilitating programs to bridge those
Analyze internal data and external studies to develop marketable insights
Support day-to-day inquiries from sales, and customer success teams as needed
Coordinate between sales and marketing to ensure alignment on campaign execution
Measure the impact of content and continuously iterate on the content strategy
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years working in a B2B software company & developing sophisticated B2B customer-facing content
Must have experience working in the Financial, Fintech or Banking industry
UX writing experience is a must have
Experience with content management, strategy, and analytics
Experience with content management systems
A strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and buyer’s journey
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Onsite 3 days per week in San Jose, CA/Milpitas, CA
