Cooks -

Job Summary:

The Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our Guests. They support a la carte and private event food production while maintaining consistent food preparation, specification adherence and plate presentation. The Line Cook also helps to ensure the safety of Guests and fellow Team Member.

Day to day:

Maintains clean and safe work environment.

Assists the Chef de cuisine and Sous Chef with any tasks requested.

Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.

Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing.

Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.

Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.

Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.

Fosters communication with Service team to ensure and facilitate speed of service

Is viewed as approachable, willing to help and encourages teamwoork

Assist fellow Team Members. Be aware of Team Members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.

Because of the fluctuating demands of the our operation, it may be necessary that each Team Member to perform a multitude of different functions therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Team Members are expected to help you.

Adhere to all written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc.

Be able to work at an efficient pace to keep up with business needs.

Be able to follow instructions.

Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring others are acting safely.

Attendance at daily line-up and participating as requested.

Wearing a clean and neat uniform that follows the uniform standards daily.

Qualifications

Prior experience (1-3 years) as a Cook required.

Working knowledge of broiler, pantry and sauté stations.

Required long periods of time on your feet

Servers -

Hourly pay + Tips

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Servers to join our team. Hospitality is an authentic, unique and engaging style of guest service.

Servers are responsible for providing food and beverage service to our Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude with knowledge about the food and beverage menu. They work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Guest satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-Day

Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the Invited standards of service.

Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.

Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available.

Know Guest names and greet them promptly with a warm welcome.

Ensure daily assignments and side work is complete in respective areas to meet service standards.

It may be necessary that each Employee perform a multitude of different functions. You will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected to help you.

You may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed.

About You

A high school diploma preferred.

Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.

Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required

Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.

Ability to communicate and follow instructions.

You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.Company Description
