This position is located in Fort Myers, FL, and will require you to relocate to the area.

Job Description:
Review high-volume AP invoice registers for correct postings and amounts
Process AP invoices on demand
Review check batches to ensure the accuracy of requirements
Involved in all day-to-day aspects of accounting functions
Assist with lien release collection and review as necessary
Review and Process Credit Card Payments
Certified Payroll review, as necessary
Produce ad hoc reports
Draft AIA Contracts
Backcharge review and posting
NTO posting oversite
Ensure Owner Changes are added to AIA
Process Monthly AIA owner requisitions
Review and Distribute Lien releases to the owner
Project setup – Budget and AIA
Assist with Annual Audit
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in accounting software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Proficient in Adobe
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a Related Field
Five years or more of related experience is required.Company Description
