Make sure ingredients and final products are freshly prepared
Follow recipes, consisting of measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
Bake, grill, steam food
Occasionally serve food
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Handle and store ingredients and food safely and securely
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Clean and sanitize work areas
Perform opening and closing procedures
Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
Examine the quality and freshness of ingredients
Monitor inventory levels
Accommodate patients with dietary and dining needs
Operate broilers, ovens, grills and fryers etc.
