Are you a jack of all trades? Do you possess the skills to fix anything and everything? If so, we are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Campbell Properties in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician with Campbell Properties, your core responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. Your work will primarily involve:

Performing general maintenance tasks.

Responding promptly to repair requests from tenants and resolving any issues efficiently.

Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and addressing them proactively.

Assisting with groundskeeping duties, such as lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping.

Coordinating and overseeing maintenance projects, including hiring and supervising contractors when necessary.

We believe that a reliable Maintenance Technician is the backbone of any property management company. You should be able to multitask effectively and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Your attention to detail and ability to work autonomously will be highly valued in this role.

Requirements

To excel as a Maintenance Technician at Campbell Properties, you should meet the following requirements:

Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.

Proficiency in conducting repairs in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems (preferred).

Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
