Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $41,250 - $46,530 per year

Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Process orders and maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
