Senior Helpers is hiring! We are looking for dependable and trustworthy caregivers to work with our clients. Our flexible scheduling and immediate availability make this a perfect job for those wanting to work full-time, part-time, or PRN. Our Ideal candidate will be compassionate, and eager to learn. No Certifications or prior experience is required; however, Certified Nursing Assistants(CNA), Home Health Aides(HHA), and those with In-home caregiver experience are encouraged to apply. This is a very rewarding career as those who depend on our services are thankful to receive such high-quality assistance and care.
We are seeking experienced Male Caregivers for our Veterans. Females are welcome to apply. We have an urgent need for caregivers in Anderson, SC. Monday-Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm if you have availability within those times please apply!

Responsibilities
Companionship and Conversation
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
Transfer assistance
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop
Perform light housekeeping duties
Medication and appointment reminders
Monitoring Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Qualifications and skills
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
Ability to treat and care for clients and property with respect and dignity
Be 18 years of age or older
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment
Possess a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and dependable transportation
Ability to lift 20 pounds
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
