National Sales Representative - Food Industry

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a manufacturer sales representative to join our team who can identify a customer need and match it with a solution.

Provide in-person and virtual brand training to educate food service partners on features and benefits of our products.

Work with distributor partners to provide ongoing support and assistance with their sales team.

Manage Brokers to establish growth goals and implement strategy to accomplish those goals.

Participate in tradeshows and customer meetings to expand customer portfolio for organic growth.

Business review and preparation of presentation, sales reporting, commission, data management and point of sales materials.

General Requirements:

1+ year sales experience is required.

BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agri-business, Hospitality/Restaurant Management, or related field is a plus.

Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

A collaborative attitude and willingness to take part in all levels of activities needed to get the job done is necessary!

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Photoshop Elements, and Adobe Acrobat, and an ability to learn new systems easily.

Valid driver’s license.

Position requires travel (75% office/25% travel).
