Responsibilities:

Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the PC Desktop Support functions and duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help prep and support desktop deployment.

Ability to triage basic user PC issues, including but not limited to, being unable to boot, recovering files, troubleshooting software and connectivity issues.

Enable prep/support of endpoints (desktops/laptops) while following OSUP processes for inventory/asset assignment and recovery.

Services to includes unboxing, prep, imaging, labeling and removal of packing material.

Recovery and recycling of outgoing hardware in accordance with OSUP IT department policies.

Ability to perform functions using job-related software and systems.

Travel may be required to different locations as required.

Attendance, promptness, professionalism, the ability to pay attention to detail, cooperativeness with co-workers and supervisors, and politeness to customers, vendors, and patients.

Other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and/or equivalent. Part-time or full-time University or College level student status required. This position necessitates a minimum of 8 – 12 hours per week.

Preferences: Pursuing degree in IT or related field, and/or experience working in healthcare and/or in Information Technology

Pay Range:

USD $11.27 - USD $16.92 /Hr.
