Genesys Developer

Genesys Developer San Antonio, TX, or Irvine, CA (Hybrid) 6+ months contract Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for a Genesys Developer.

This is a 6+ months contract opportunity based out of San Antonio, TX, or Irvine, CA (Hybrid). Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in Genesys eServices, and over 5 years’ experience in any of the other Genesys suites of products (Framework, eServices, Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, WFM, etc.). Solid understanding of the Genesys on-premises contact center infrastructure and understanding of high viability.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a team player with experience in Agile methodologies both Scrum and Kanban.

Ability to lead and execute technology projects from start to end.

Help other associates with operational-related activities.

Conduct proof of concepts for new capabilities/solutions.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $60/hour to $100/hour.

Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
