We are looking for an experienced AR Supervisor to fill a vacant position due to internal growth! THE ROLE:

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.

Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.

Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.

Process payments and refunds.

Resolve billing and customer credit issues.

Update account status records and collection efforts.

Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

Knowledge of credit and collections procedures, billing procedures, and collection techniques.

Working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, and databases. Knowledge of accounts receivable processes.

Knowledge of office administration and procedures. Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.

Knowledge of general accounting principles.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Skilled in negotiation. Problem-solving skills.

Strong general software skills. Strong organizational skills.

Patience and ability to manage stress.

Ability to function effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team and work independently.

Ability to learn all aspects of CTL collection and finance database/software.

Ability to stay organized and make the necessary amount of collections communications.

Ability to follow through on tasks to cause a positive impact on collections.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A High School Diploma is required at a minimum.

Associate Degree in Finance or Business or equivalent relevant training and experience preferred.

2-5 years experience in accounting, finance, collections and AR.
