Irrigation Construction Foreman (Columbus East)

RATE OF PAY IS DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD, STARTING RANGE OF PAY IS $20 - $35 PER HOUR.

You’d be responsible for:

+ Detecting and making necessary repairs to the irrigation system

+ Accurately reading various gauges related to the irrigation system

+ Managing employees and oversee production in the field

+ Ensuring a safe environment for other workers and vendors, clients and for all employees

+ Operating light/heavy equipment effectively and according to all regulations

+ Ensure that equipment is maintained and managed; alert supervisors if there are any issues

+ Reporting any problems with job site or equipment immediately

+ Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture

You might be a good fit if you have:

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

+ Strong work ethic

+ Knowledge of blueprints

+ Effective oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

+ Bilingual (Spanish)

+ Irrigation certification
