This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Interaxic Management Services Pvt Ltd. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role will be based in Nagpur but offers flexibility for remote work.Qualifications

Proven experience in business development and sales

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Knowledge of the background check industry and relevant regulations

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Experience in the HR or recruitment industry is a plus
