Senior Associate - Transfer agency

The Transfer Agency Department provides Fund Administration services to numerous Fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions, including Transaction processing, Reporting, AML and Registration and Payments. The department is responsible for client and investor document management, processing and quality checking of transactions and updating the registers of clients in response to investor instructions.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Associate role, you can expect to:

Process financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirements

Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures

Complete archiving of investor and client documentation, ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval

Work on initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as per business needs.

Prior Transfer Agency processing experience

The ability to work under pressure and should be able to handle multiple projects

A good understanding of effective risk management and its execution

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
