Role

As an Operator Technician (also known as Equipment Operator, Manufacturing Technician), you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of production equipment. You'll adhere to quality standards, perform regular maintenance tasks, and work with team members to drive process improvements. You'll also operate automated systems, including robotic equipment, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.Benefits

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

2+ years experience in high volume manufacturing preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of measuring devices.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work all shifts including 8 or 12-hour shifts, daylight, and off-shifts as well as weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
