Job Description

Kustom Diesel Repair is looking for a Parts Counter Specialist to help in securing needed parts and managing inventory. You must be able to work with computer systems, have the ability to multitask and be detail oriented. Must have the ability to work on multiple jobs at the same time without losing track of each. Good communication skills are a must and attention to detail is critical. Semi truck (Class 6, 7, 8) mechanical knowledge is preferred for this position. Previous experience is helpful however training will be provided to the right candidate. You will be interacting with the general public and representing the company so general appearance and personal hygiene are very important.

Responsibilities

Invoice creation and processing

Processing credit card payments and refunds to customers

Maintaining inventory levels by placing orders for new parts and merchandise

Determining prices for items based on knowledge of store policies and manufacturer pricing guidelines

Assist in ordering parts for Repair services

Willingness to assist Service Counter as needed

Ability to work with minimal supervision

High school diploma/GED

Parts experience helpful

Organizational skills helpful
